Ken Wakasa 52876bbefd Remove unnecessary setLayerType() calls ...

Calling up setLayerType(LAYER_TYPE_HARDWARE, ..) on non-HW accelerated
devices was ending up with having a drawing cache in View that is not
quite needed for PreviewPlacerView.
