Yohei Yukawa fc137f35c8 Simplify the wrapper for TextInfo#getCharSequence ...

This CL simplifies the wrapper method for
TextInfo#getCharSequence() because in the almost all cases we want
to use the result of TextInfo#getText() as the default value.
